Prediction of Sigma54 regulon in bacterial genomes consists of 4 steps:
Prediction of Sigma54 promoters based on Machine Learning models
Functional classification of proteins on the basis of our extended UniProt database
Operon prediction
Combine promoters, regulon proteins, and operons
